Charter yachts are generally owned and operated by third parties. Availability, condition, crew, specification and terms remain subject to confirmation.
Charter agreement
The signed charter agreement and associated documents govern the charter. Website descriptions do not replace them.
Additional costs
Fuel, provisioning, berthing, taxes, local fees, communications and other operating expenses may be additional depending on the agreement.
Itinerary changes
Weather, safety, ports, regulations and the captain’s judgement may require route changes.
Client responsibilities
Guests must comply with the vessel’s rules, applicable law and reasonable safety instructions.
