Azari Yachts uses destination knowledge to improve sequence, timing and practical planning. We do not present destinations as confirmed operating geographies or guaranteed itineraries unless the relevant vessel and local conditions support them.
Destination choice follows the client brief
Some trips are built around privacy and anchorages; others around restaurants, culture, diving, family activities or major events. The right region depends on what the guests actually want to do.
A destination should serve the trip rather than function as a status symbol.
Season changes the experience
Weather, sea state, crowd levels, local opening periods, yacht traffic and berth demand vary through the year.
Planning should account for the conditions likely to shape comfort and availability.
Distances matter more on water
A route that looks close on a map can require significant passage time. Vessel speed, fuel range, daylight, local restrictions and desired pace affect how much can realistically be covered.
We favour itineraries that leave enough time to enjoy the places between embarkation and disembarkation.
Local rules are part of itinerary design
Protected areas, anchoring restrictions, permits, customs, immigration, cruising permits and environmental rules can affect access.
Local agents and the captain remain important sources of current operational information.
Alternatives should be planned before they are needed
Weather and berth changes are normal in yachting. A good itinerary includes credible alternatives that still fit the client’s preferences.
Flexibility is part of good planning, not a failure of the original route.
